No doubt we would have had to have kept tabs on her in the market places. She was such a little adventurer. I still miss her very much. Love to all of Betty's family and friends. Irene x. I was walking Bobby in the Dean Gardens a couple of days ago, and saw a wee boy climbing a tree, followed, with much giggling, by his mum! Just made me think of Betty and a holiday we had in Portugal when she climbed a tree - and fell out of it and skinned her knee.

She didn't mind the skinned knee one bit and I think was secretly rather proud of it because she'd really enjoyed climbing the tree. Betty really was game for anything - a great attitude to have. I miss her. I can hardly believe it is a year since Betty died and I still miss her so much. The following poem has helped me whilst grieving for Betty to remember all the good things she brought to my life and the lives of so many others.
